W-Days 2024 kicks off W's own week in style with a bike ride that takes us to every corner of the world and back! Appetizer in India? Main course in Mexico? Dessert at the North Pole? Nobody knows!
Cycling involves signing up in pairs and being assigned a starter, main course or dessert. During the evening you cycle around to three different destinations where you are served at two and serve yourself at one. At all the different stops you will be with new couples.

Since 2017, every pandemic-free year has started with a Tentafestival at Stocken, and why stop with a winning concept? After the success of previous years, we are back at Stockholm Nation! Come and celebrate a passed exam, mourn a bad retake or just dance into the new semester with your classmates. It will be a MAXAD evening out of the ordinary, so make sure to book up, we look forward to meeting you in the fog!

The W section supports Musikhjälpen 2023 - No one should have to die of hunger!
Therefore, together with the other sections within UTN, we have joined forces and created a common bucket for Musikhjälpen. How do we do this? Well! During lunch on Friday, December 15, we will stand in room 101130 with 50 limited edition badges from Musikhjälpen as proof of your goodness. For only 40 SEK you get one of these badges AND a homemade saffron bun! All surplus goes straight into the box and the collection. Of course, you can also donate directly by going to the box "UTNs studenter för musikhjälpen".

Deep in the forests of Uppsala, bloodthirsty werewolves howl, ready to rip out the guts of their next prey. Their glowing eyes peer out from the darkness, and cold tendrils stretch along a path like roots weaving their way up your legs. Each creaking branch above sounds like a warning hiss in the cold night darkness.
The cold light of the moon illuminates a castle with tall towers and dark but not so empty corridors. Old portraits with faces that seem to follow you with their eyes adorn the walls. The shadows in the corners come alive, as if they have a will and a desire.
If you listen closely, you can hear a horrifying sawing sound echoing through the corridors, a result of Dr. Frankenstein's eternal desire to recreate life. Every step you take feels as if it would awaken something that should remain in the grave.
The witches, who have settled down with the blood-sucking vampires in the frozen parlor, are chattering away. The fires crackle, and faint voices murmur from the darkness, as if planning something infinitely evil.
At the top of the castle, a mysterious plague doctor has emerged from the shadows. He wears a long black cloak and carries a mask that hides his face. His eyes sparkle as he observes the behavior of the dead creatures, as if seeking the truth about their nature.
Do you dare to visit the castle where terror watches over the secrets of the night? And will you manage to stay alive until morning, or will you become part of the castle's dark and terrifying history?

Elections for Board and elected positions in 2024!!! After the turn of the year, half of the board and several elected positions will be replaced, so now is the chance to get involved in WWE! Before this, an election will take place where all W-students can apply for the available positions. There will also be a search process where you can apply in advance and be interviewed by the election committee with the chance to be nominated at the Grand Meeting for the post you have applied for, but it is of course also possible to apply spontaneously on site. On November 8, it is time for the 2023 edition of Ultuna Business Day!
Take the chance to interact with companies in your field of education. A perfect opportunity to make contacts for a future job, ex-job, internship or why not a summer job? The fair is held at SLU on the lower floor of Ulls Hus and Undervisningshuset. Between 11-16, companies, authorities and associations will stand at stands so you can just mingle around.

The fair is organized by the Business Committee at Ultuna Student Union and is aimed at students at SLU, whether you are at the beginning of your bachelor, the end of your master, or reading an independent course!

On November 6, it's time for the Education Committee's course evaluation battle, where it will be determined which section is Teknat's course evaluation champion for fall 2023!
The competition simply involves evaluating the courses from the previous period and then confirming that you have evaluated them through a form. The competition takes place 12:00-13:00 on November 6. W will be standing on the event area in house 10 on Ångström, in Norrland II on Geocentrum and in room Z on SLU.
If you are unable to attend in person, you can also participate digitally by answering the survey!
The winning section will receive 2 gift cards at ICA worth 200 SEK each, the section at second place will receive 1 gift card at ICA worth 200 SEK and there will also be a raffle for 2 gift cards at Foodora worth 200 SEK each for two participating individuals. Patches will also be given to all who participate, free of charge!

We have organized that we will play Rugby.
We will be outdoors on the rugby field in Fyrishov, we will be able to borrow all the material, cushions protection balls you name it and the more we come the more fun it will be.
This will be a bit of a trial run so don't feel any pressure. See this as a fun opportunity where you learn a new sport and where you can run into your friend as hard as you want. Get your aggression out before the exam P.
We will have an orbi event where you can sign up so we can get an idea of how many people are coming. The event will be free! Bring yourself and maybe a friend! No need to be a member of WAWE.
